The Valve Lockout Tagout Kit include necessary items to lockout a variety of gate and ball valves. All comes in a rugged poly carrying case.

Included in this kit are:

• 17" Carrying Case
• (2) 1 1/2" Lockout Hasps
• (2) 3/4" Shackle Locks
• 10 Lockout Tags with fasteners
• 2 Cable Lockout Devices
• 2 Valve Wheel Lockout Devices (fits handles 2.5" - 5")
• 2 Ball Valve Lockouts (fits vales 1.25" - 2.25"
• 2 Valve Wheel Lockout Devices (fits handles 1" - 2/5")
